HI-REV Triple Zed Racing Team (HI-REV TZR) has officially unveiled its rider line-up for the 2026 MSF Superbike Championship season during a launch event held at Horizon Beranang Circuit on Friday.
The team enters the new season with a balanced mix of young talents and experienced racers as part of its ongoing commitment to developing regional motorsport talent while remaining competitive across multiple racing categories.
Leading the team’s campaign in the highly competitive Super Rookie category is Saidatul Zakirah, who will compete aboard a Triumph Street Triple 675. Better known as Kirah within the local racing scene, the Malaysian rider continues to expand her international racing journey after competing in the 2026 FIM Women’s European Championship.
Following several determined performances in recent seasons, she is expected to continue building her profile both locally and internationally.

Joining the team for the upcoming campaign is Singaporean rider Marcus Lee, who will race on a Kawasaki ZX6R. Marcus previously emerged as the Overall Champion in the 2024 SM Advanced class of the Malaysian Supermoto Championship and is widely recognised for his aggressive riding style and strong race pace. The 2026 season marks his transition from supermoto into the superbike racing category under the HI-REV TZR banner.
Meanwhile, experienced Singaporean racer Heng Si Kiat returns with a strong target for the new season aboard a newly built Honda CBR1000RR-R SP. Si Kiat was crowned the 2024 GP Masters Overall Champion in the MSF Superbike Championship and is determined to defend his title while contributing valuable experience to the team.

The team also sees the return of Malaysian rider and Team Principal Zhafir Zamani, who was crowned the Overall Champion of the Supersport category in the 2024 MSF Superbike Championship. According to Zhafir, preparations for the 2026 season have been progressing smoothly and in a much more aggressive manner compared to last year.
“Preparations have been extremely busy this year and everything has been running smoothly. Si Kiat, our new rider, has already received the new Honda CBR1000RR-R SP, while Marcus’ Kawasaki ZX6R has undergone a full overhaul after facing many technical issues last season,” he said.
As for the Triumph, we didn’t face any major problems last year. This season, we’re mainly focusing on fine-tuning the setup, servicing the suspension, brakes and engine to ensure everything is fully ready for Round 1,” he added.
Speaking about the team’s targets for 2026, Zhafir admitted that the team is aiming high for championship success.
“Our target is obviously to become champions. We are competing in three categories and if possible, we want at least one championship title. Ideally, we also want all our riders to finish within the top three of their respective categories.”
According to Zhafir, one of the team’s biggest weaknesses last season was on the technical side, particularly race-day setup, as well as rider chemistry within what was still a relatively new team environment at the time. He believes the experience gained last year will help the team perform more consistently this season.
“As team manager, my responsibility is to make sure all the riders get what they need in terms of training and motorcycle setup so everything can come together properly as we push for victory from the opening round,” he said.

Zhafir will replace Saidatul Zakirah for the opening round of the championship while the rider fulfills her international racing commitments in Europe. He will compete in the Supersport category aboard the team’s Triumph Street Triple 675.
The 2026 season also represents another important milestone for HI-REV Triple Zed Racing Team as it continues strengthening its regional presence through a rider lineup representing both Malaysia and Singapore, while also showcasing the performance of HI-REV Lubricants in competitive racing environments.
With pre-season testing and machine development already underway, the team heads into the upcoming season with confidence as it prepares to challenge across multiple categories in the 2026 MSF Superbike Championship.
