Red Bull KTM Factory Racing has strengthened its technical arsenal for the 2025 MotoGP season by partnering with Italian specialist WRS to supply custom windscreens for their KTM RC16 machines. The collaboration will see WRS provide ultra-clear, highly durable screens for the bikes of Pedro Acosta and Brad Binder, as well as the test team, across the 22-round championship.

WRS, based in Cattolica, Italy, began as a small e-commerce business in 2008 before evolving into a leading manufacturer of windscreens. The company has earned a strong reputation in both the motorcycle industry and racing circles for its high-quality products, which are crafted using advanced technologies such as laser cutting, 3D scanners, CNC milling, and simulation software. WRS also produces components for a range of KTM street bikes, further solidifying its expertise in the field.

The partnership with WRS marks another step in Red Bull KTM Factory Racing’s pursuit of excellence as they aim to challenge for top honors in the 77th season of MotoGP. The collaboration underscores the team’s commitment to optimising every detail of their machinery to support riders Acosta and Binder in their quest for success.

Aki Ajo, Red Bull KTM Factory Racing Team Manager, expressed his gratitude for the partnership: “Thanks to WRS and their people for the support for our MotoGP racing in 2025. The screens are also used by the test team, and the components in general are high quality and exactly what we need. We also appreciate WRS’ proactive approach and enthusiasm: this outlook makes for the best partners as we push for the standards and the efficiency to chase those last important details for success.”

Nicolas Zavoli, CEO of WRS, highlighted the significance of the collaboration: “We are proud to partner with Red Bull KTM Factory Racing in their quest for excellence in MotoGP. Competition drives our innovation, and this collaboration reinforces our commitment to delivering high-performance solutions to elite racing teams. We are excited to witness the championship unfold with talented riders like Pedro Acosta and Brad Binder. It will surely be fun, and we at WRS are ready for it!”

As the 2025 MotoGP season approaches, the partnership between Red Bull KTM Factory Racing and WRS promises to enhance the team’s performance, providing the riders with the best possible equipment to compete at the highest level.
