In a significant move for motorcycle racing enthusiasts, renowned French helmet manufacturer SHARK and the pinnacle of two-wheeled motorsport, MotoGP, are joining forces. The two brands have announced an official partnership to create an exclusive range of MotoGP licensed helmets, set to debut for the 2026 season.

This exciting collaboration, which will be officially unveiled in March, is slated to run until the end of 2028. It represents a powerful synergy between SHARK’s three decades of expertise in safety and performance and MotoGP’s status as the world’s most exhilarating sport. Since its inception in 1989, SHARK has been deeply rooted in racing. With a legacy that includes 79 world champions, the brand continues to be a dominant force in the paddock.

Today, top MotoGP ambassadors like LCR Honda’s Johann Zarco and Trackhouse MotoGP Team’s Raul Fernandez put their trust in SHARK helmets. The company has designed over 11 million helmets, sold across 82 countries, consistently exceeding safety standards. The new SHARK x MotoGP collection is designed to bring the passion of the racetrack to the road.

The range will feature five distinct models dedicated to fans such as Two Aeron GP FIM #2 models, fully approved to the latest FIM 2026 standard, an Aeron model, offering the elite performance of the Aeron GP without the A2S spoiler and the recently unveiled Skwal Cup and Skwal Jet Cup models, which were showcased at the 2025 Milan Show.

This partnership allows SHARK to deepen its commitment to racing, enhancing its visibility within the prestigious MotoGP global platform while showcasing its technical excellence in rider protection.

Carmelo Ezpeleta, CEO of Dorna Sports, praised the collaboration, stating, “This official MotoGP licensed collection is a powerful symbol of our growth. The MotoGP brand stands for values that resonate around the world: passion, excitement, skill, bravery, defiance and now fans will be able to show it off on their motorcycles.”

“We are proud of this partnership with SHARK. This historic racing brand has always been committed to meeting the highest safety standards, making this adrenaline rush accessible to all motorcyclists.”

Echoing this sentiment, Christophe Merkel, CEO of 2 Ride, added, “It is an honor to create this licensed collection that reflects the values of MotoGP and SHARK. This partnership is at the heart of our mission: to design high-end helmets that emphasize innovation and meet the requirements of MotoGP. These helmets will be available to both competitive riders and everyday motorcyclists, allowing everyone to stay focused and perform at their best.”
