Following its historic achievement of securing two major titles in the Asia Superbike 1000 (ASB1000) category of the 2026 FIM Asia Road Racing Championship (ARRC) at the PETRONAS Sepang International Circuit, JDT Racing Team is continuing its efforts to develop local motorsports talent.
The team has announced plans to introduce two promising young riders from Johor, who will represent the JDT Racing Academy in the WIRA category of the Petronas MAM Malaysian Cub Prix Championship.
The two riders are set to make their appearance at Round 8 of the championship, scheduled to take place on November 21 and 22, 2026, at the Medini Iskandar Circuit in Johor.
The initiative aims to provide young local talents with valuable racing experience and an opportunity to develop their skills before progressing to higher levels of motorcycle racing.
The public can attend the event free of charge and are encouraged to come to the circuit to support the two young riders as they begin their racing journey with JDT Racing Academy.
