RCB, premier Malaysian motorcycle performance brand has unveiled its latest lineup with a new suite of high-performance components engineered for both street riders and track enthusiasts.

Unveiled alongside star sponsored racers, including 2026 Asia Road Racing Championship (ARRC) ASB1000 champion Hafizh Syahrin Abdullah and ARRC SS600 rider Kasma Daniel Kasmayudin, the latest collection showcases race-bred suspension upgrades, lightweight forged wheels, and high-performance braking systems.

Speaking at the unveiling, RCB Brand General Manager Marcus Leong emphasized that the new releases leverage the brand’s extensive motorsport expertise to deliver top-tier reliability and performance, reinforcing RCB’s stronghold in Malaysia while expanding its international footprint.

New RCB FD Front Fork Offers Full Adjustability

Among the highlights is the RCB FD Front Fork, developed specifically for the Yamaha NVX V3, Yamaha NMAX V1-V3, and Yamaha XMAX V1-V3.

The suspension system features fully adjustable preload, rebound, and compression settings, allowing riders to fine-tune handling according to their riding style. It also incorporates Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) coating, which helps reduce friction while improving durability and suspension performance.

The front fork will be available in both DLC and non-DLC versions by the end of 2026, with recommended retail prices ranging from RM1,980 to RM2,450.

Lightweight FG612 Forged Sport Rim

RCB also unveiled the FG612 Forged Sport Rim, developed for the Yamaha R25, Yamaha R3, and Honda CBR250RR. Constructed from lightweight forged aluminium alloy, the FG612 reduces wheel weight by approximately 32% compared to the standard rims. The weight savings are expected to improve acceleration, handling, and overall riding dynamics.

The company also confirmed that the FG612 will be used in the Asia Road Racing Championship (ARRC), demonstrating its race-focused development. The forged wheels are expected to reach the market during the second quarter of 2027, with pricing to be announced later.

SP500 Forged Sport Rim for Yamaha R15M

Completing the latest product lineup is the RCB SP500 Forged Sport Rim, developed exclusively for the Yamaha R15M. The SP500 features an innovative hollow design alongside T6 heat-treated forged construction, helping deliver greater strength while keeping weight to a minimum.

According to RCB, the new wheel has been engineered to improve handling, stability, and overall riding performance for both road and track use. Pricing and availability details for the SP500 will be announced at a later date.

With strong involvement in international racing championships and partnerships with professional riders, RCB continues to support the growth of Malaysian motorsport while developing products that meet the demands of riders across different segments.
