Peugeot Motocycles has officially entered the Malaysian market, bringing its heritage of French scooter design and urban mobility to local riders through a strategic partnership with Aveta International. The launch also positions Malaysia as an important hub for Peugeot Motocycles’ Southeast Asian expansion plans.
Making their debut in Malaysia are four scooter offerings across three model ranges. Leading the lineup is the adventure-styled XP400, priced at RM43,990. Also introduced is the retro-inspired Django series, with the Django Classic 150 priced at RM14,990 and the sportier Django Cafe Racer at RM16,990. Completing the lineup is the sporty Speedfight 4+, retailing at RM9,990. All prices exclude road tax, insurance and registration.

The XP400 arrives in Malaysia as a fully imported (CBU) model and is powered by a 400 cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder Peugeot PowerMotion engine producing 36.7 hp and 38.1 Nm of torque.
Styled as an adventure scooter, the XP400 rides on spoked wheels sized 17 inches at the front and 15 inches at the rear. Suspension duties are handled by upside-down forks and a rear monoshock, while braking comes from twin front discs with dual-channel ABS as standard.
The scooter also features a TFT-LCD display with Peugeot’s I-Connect smartphone connectivity system offering turn-by-turn navigation. Fuel tank capacity is 13.5 litre. Under storage can fit 1 full face helmet.

Peugeot Django Classic & Cafe Racer

Practicality remains a key focus, with underseat storage capable of fitting a full-face helmet alongside additional lockable storage compartments. Boasting an 8.5-liter fuel tank, this model offers one of the largest capacities in the 150cc scooter segment.
The Peugeot Django Classic and Cafe Racer differ primarily in aesthetics and seating. The Cafe Racer features a sporty “humpback” single seat with a removable cowl, while the Classic utilizes a traditional flat bench for two passengers.

Speedfight 4+
For riders seeking a more aggressive and sporty design, the Speedfight 4+ comes equipped with a 150 cc SmartMotion engine delivering 12.5 hp and 13.2 Nm of torque, also the same as the Django but with different tuning.
The scooter rides on 13-inch wheels and features dual-channel ABS, compact dimensions and quite spacious fuel tank with 7.4 litre. Being the first version came out since 1997, now its already on the fourth version but the aesthetics remain similar through all variants.
