Following the rapid growth of King of the Baggers racing and the debut of the Baggers World Cup at Circuit of The Americas (COTA), Austin, Texas, Öhlins has announced a major expansion of its high-performance suspension range for Harley-Davidson Touring models. The move brings race-proven technology from the track directly to the street, enhancing precision, stability, and riding comfort for V-Twin enthusiasts worldwide.

As bagger racing continues to gain global attention, Öhlins aims to translate its motorsport engineering expertise into real-world performance upgrades for Harley-Davidson riders seeking superior handling and control.

New FGRT 307 Blackline & FGRT 308 Front Forks for Harley-Davidson Touring

Among the latest additions to the American V-Twin suspension range are the FGRT 307 Blackline front forks, developed specifically for the 2023–2024 Harley-Davidson CVO Street Glide and CVO Road Glide models.

Complementing them are the FGRT 308 forks, which feature Öhlins’ signature gold finish outer tubes. Both versions are fully adjustable for compression damping, rebound damping, and spring preload, while utilising NIX30 damping technology to deliver improved rider feedback, stability, and overall control.

FGR 300 Front Forks Bring MotoGP-Level Technology to Bagger Racing

Designed with direct inspiration from MotoGP development, the FGR 300 front forks represent Öhlins’ most advanced racing-focused solution for Harley-Davidson performance applications.

Built with TTX 25 pressurised technology and reinforced outer tubes, the system delivers exceptional front-end control under demanding racing conditions. Riders benefit from full adjustability, including compression, rebound, and spring preload settings via a click adjustment system located on the top caps.

Key technologies include:

  • Bagger Racing Heritage: 48mm fork design optimised for reduced weight and improved stress distribution
  • NIX Technology: 30mm piston system with separated compression and rebound control for enhanced stability
  • Low Friction Design: Titanium nitride-coated inner tubes reduce friction and improve tyre feedback
  • Total Control Setup: All key adjustments accessible from the top caps for convenience
