The Trident is back—and this time, it’s meaner, smarter, and sharper than ever.

Got it! Here’s the same paragraph with shorter, more concise sentences:

Triumph Motorcycles has unveiled the 2026 Trident 660 Triple Tribute Special Edition. It’s a bold evolution of one of the brand’s most iconic modern classics. But this isn’t just a paint-and-badge update. Beneath the racing-inspired design lies a tech-packed roadster built to thrill—whether on the daily commute or a weekend canyon run.

The Return of ‘67

Triumph’s design team has once again paid homage to Slippery Sam, the iconic five-time Isle of Man TT-winning Trident. The No. 67 graphic proudly displayed on the tank is more than just a nod to the past—it’s a bold declaration that the Trident line is still very much a performance machine at heart.

But this time around, the tribute wears a darker, moodier livery, mixing attitude with racing lineage. It’s purpose-built to catch your eye on the street—and leave others behind on it.

More Than Just Looks

The 2026 edition brings with it serious functional upgrades. Triumph’s engineers have outfitted the Trident with a sport riding mode. It comes with a snappier throttle response and improved cornering performance via Optimized Cornering ABS and Traction Control—all managed through a six-axis IMU.

Add in Triumph Shift Assist for clutchless upshifts and downshifts, and this middleweight naked bike delivers riding dynamics that rival far more expensive machinery.

Engineered for the Real World

At the core sits Triumph’s celebrated 660cc triple-cylinder engine, now Euro 5+ compliant and pushing 80 hp at 10,250 rpm and 47 lb-ft of torque at 6,250 rpm. The wide powerband and responsive delivery make it just as capable slicing through traffic as it is blasting down backroads.

The tubular steel chassis, Showa 41mm Big Piston forks, and preload-adjustable rear monoshock all work in harmony to provide that perfect balance of agility and stability. Michelin Road 5 tires and twin Nissin 310mm discs up front ensure dependable grip and confident braking, rain or shine.

Technology That Works With You

For 2025, Triumph has leaned harder into rider-focused tech. The Optimized Cornering ABS and lean-sensitive traction control now adjust dynamically to lean angle and road grip. You get three riding modes—Road, Rain, and Sport—accessible via a crisp TFT display and intuitive handlebar controls.

Also standard? Cruise control, My Triumph connectivity for music, calls, and navigation, and Shift Assist, which eliminates clutch use entirely on most gear changes.

Accessible Performance

Despite its tech and heritage, the Trident remains refreshingly approachable. A low seat height of 31.7 inches, light clutch, and 418.9 lb wet weight make it equally suited for newer riders and seasoned urban warriors alike. Its upright riding position, narrow profile, and wide bars enhance comfort and control in all conditions.

This isn’t just Triumph’s entry-level naked—it’s an everyday sportbike with soul.

On Sale Soon

The 2026 Triumph Trident 660 Triple Tribute Special Edition will hit showrooms this June with a starting price of $8,745, and a generous 10,000-mile (or 12-month) service interval. If you’re looking for a stylish, smart, and sharp machine that blends race pedigree with real-world usability, this is your cue.
