Didi Group, the sole importer and distributor of Aprilia motorcycles in Malaysia, has officially introduced the Aprilia RS 457 GP Replica at the PETRONAS Grand Prix of Malaysia 2026 at Sepang International Circuit.
Priced at RM35,900, the special edition will be available through authorised Aprilia dealerships nationwide. The unveiling was officiated by Aprilia Racing rider Marco Bezzecchi, with the new GP Replica drawing inspiration from the brand’s RS-GP MotoGP racing machine.
The Aprilia RS 457 GP Replica features an exclusive black colour scheme combining gloss and matte finishes, complemented by racing-inspired graphics. Several aluminium components, including the frame, swingarm and steering yoke, also receive a dark finish to give the motorcycle a more distinctive and sporty appearance.
Beyond its special livery, the GP Replica comes with several equipment upgrades to further strengthen its racing character. These include a quickshifter for clutchless upshifts, upgraded front brake pads for improved braking performance and a single-seat rear cowl that gives the motorcycle a more race-focused appearance.
Mechanically, the RS 457 GP Replica retains the same powertrain as the standard RS 457. It is powered by a 457cc parallel-twin engine producing 47 hp at 9,400 rpm and 43.5 Nm of torque. Power is delivered to the rear wheel through a six-speed gearbox and chain final drive.

The suspension setup consists of a 41mm upside-down front fork with preload adjustment and 120mm of travel. At the rear, a preload-adjustable monoshock provides 130mm of suspension travel.
Braking is handled by a 320mm front disc paired with a four-piston ByBre caliper, while the rear gets a 220mm disc with a single-piston caliper.
A two-channel ABS system comes as standard. Riders can also switch between two-channel ABS and a single-channel setting that operates only on the front wheel, allowing the system to be configured for track use.
With its MotoGP-inspired graphics, exclusive styling and additional equipment, the Aprilia RS 457 GP Replica brings a closer connection to the brand’s racing identity to its entry-level sportbike lineup.
