MODENAS has officially introduced the 2026 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R at the Malaysia Bike Show 2026 held at MAEPS Serdang alongside two other new models, further strengthening Kawasaki Malaysia’s presence in the premium supersport segment.
Priced at RM114,600 excluding road tax, insurance and registration, the latest Ninja ZX-10R continues to embody Kawasaki’s racing DNA with performance-focused engineering, advanced electronics and aerodynamic styling inspired by the brand’s success in international motorsport.
For 2026, the ZX-10R is offered in a single colour scheme, Lime Green/Blue 24, retaining the iconic Kawasaki Racing Team-inspired appearance synonymous with the Ninja family.

At the heart of the motorcycle is a 998cc liquid-cooled inline four-cylinder engine that complies with Euro 5 emission regulations while maintaining the impressive performance figures expected from Kawasaki’s flagship superbike.
The engine produces 203 PS at 13,200 rpm and 114.9 Nm of torque at 11,400 rpm. With the assistance of the Ram Air system, maximum power increases to 204 horsepower, making it one of the most powerful motorcycles in Kawasaki’s lineup. Power is delivered through a six-speed gearbox equipped with a standard quickshifter, allowing clutchless upshifts and downshifts for improved performance both on the road and the racetrack.
The ZX-10R rides on 17-inch wheels wrapped in 120/70 front and 190/55 rear tyres, Bridgestone Racing Street RS12. Suspension duties are handled by premium Showa components, consisting of a Showa Balance Free Front Fork (BFF) at the front and a Showa BFRC Lite (Balance Free Rear Cushion) monoshock at the rear.

Braking performance comes courtesy of Brembo hardware, featuring twin 330 mm front discs paired with M50 four-piston radial-mount calipers, while the rear wheel uses a 250 mm disc with a single-piston caliper.
The superbike comes with a full-colour TFT-LCD display that provides access to all key riding information. The display also supports smartphone connectivity, allowing riders to pair their devices for added convenience.

Kawasaki has also equipped the ZX-10R with a comprehensive electronics package, including four riding modes; Sport, Road, Rain and Rider, enabling riders to tailor the motorcycle’s performance characteristics according to riding conditions and personal preferences.
Electronic cruise control is also fitted as standard, further enhancing long-distance riding comfort.
With its race-derived technology, powerful engine and advanced rider assistance systems, the 2026 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R continues to serve as Kawasaki Malaysia’s flagship supersport offering, catering to riders seeking a machine capable of delivering both track performance and road-going practicality.
