The 24th China International Motorcycle Trade Fair (CIMAMotor 2026) concluded on 22 September at the Chongqing International Expo Center, bringing together manufacturers, suppliers, media and motorcycle enthusiasts from around the world.
Across the four-day event, the exhibition and its off-site activities recorded around 300,000 visits, including 52,000 professional visitors. International attendance reached 6,516 visitors from nearly 100 countries and regions.
The 2026 edition also set a new record in scale, with 1,120 domestic and international companies occupying an exhibition area of 190,000 square metres and displaying around 3,100 motorcycles and other two-wheelers through static and dynamic displays.
CIMAMotor 2026 placed a strong focus on the industry’s development in electrification, intelligent technology and premiumization. During the exhibition, organizers recorded 39 new product launches and 14 new product test-ride events, resulting in 56 newly launched products.

More than 100 motorcycle and electric vehicle brands participated, covering segments including cruisers, scooters, naked bikes, retro motorcycles, sportbikes, rally and touring machines, as well as off-road models.
Major motorcycle brands at the event included Honda, Zongshen, Benda, Kove, ZXMOTO, Xinyuan, Harley-Davidson, Moto Morini, CFMOTO, QJMOTOR and Great Wall Soul, among others. The electric two-wheeler section featured brands including Tailline, Senlan, Nixing, Qiulong, Apollo, Chaofeng, Beijibao, Black Knight and 79BIKE, showcasing electric bicycles, lightweight electric motorcycles and higher-performance electric models.
CIMAMotor also highlighted China’s increasingly comprehensive motorcycle supply chain. The event also featured around 200 riding gear and equipment brands, including Dainese, Shoei, Alpinestars, HJC and FASEED.
According to the organisers, the exhibition provided international buyers with access to products spanning complete motorcycles, electric two-wheelers, components, intelligent systems, riding equipment and aftermarket products.

International Business Connections
The Global Motorcycle Industry Chain Trade Cooperation Matchmaking Conference was another major part of CIMAMotor 2026. The programme released 133 procurement requirements and facilitated 495 business matchmaking sessions, with intended procurement valued at approximately US$420 million.
The procurement requirements covered complete motorcycles, electric two-wheelers, motorcycle and electric vehicle components, intelligent motorcycle systems and equipment, as well as riding apparel.
The exhibition also worked with major Chinese e-commerce platforms including Tmall and JD.com to explore an “exhibition + e-commerce” model. During the event, transactions within the two-wheel vehicle sector exceeded 600 million yuan, according to the organizers.
CIMAMotor also hosted the CIMA China Honorably Made live-streaming programme, with more than 20 brands participating over three days. The programme aimed to showcase Chinese motorcycle products and technologies to international audiences while supporting manufacturers in moving from product exports towards broader brand and supply-chain exports.

Motorcycle Culture Beyond the Exhibition Floor
Beyond business and product launches, CIMAMotor 2026 also continued to explore the motorcycle’s role in leisure, sport, culture and social activities.
More than 60 interactive activities were held during the exhibition, connecting manufacturers and industry players with motorcycle enthusiasts while expanding the event beyond a traditional trade exhibition.
The event attracted 2,058 journalists from 860 domestic and international media organisations, while online topics related to CIMAMotor had accumulated approximately 7.065 billion mentions as of 10am on 22 September.
With its record exhibition area, international participation, new product launches and business matchmaking programmes, CIMAMotor 2026 further highlighted the growing scale of China’s motorcycle manufacturing industry and its increasing focus on international markets.
