After two successful editions that brought together riders from all walks of life to celebrate Malaysia’s independence, iMotorbike Merdeka Ride is making its return this August 2026 with an exciting new journey.

This year’s edition promises to be bigger, more meaningful, and filled with experiences that go beyond just riding. Staying true to the spirit of Merdeka, the ride once again aims to unite Malaysia’s riding community while celebrating the country’s rich heritage, culture, and values.

iMotorbike Merdeka Ride

More Than Just a Ride

Unlike previous editions, the 2026 Merdeka Ride introduces a fresh route that combines culture, community, and charity into one memorable journey.

Participants will first make their way to one of Kuala Lumpur’s renowned arts and cultural centres, where riders will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in Malaysia’s vibrant creative scene.

From local art and heritage to cultural appreciation, the stop is designed to remind participants that Merdeka is not only about our history, but also about preserving the identity that makes Malaysia unique.

Following the cultural visit, the convoy will continue its journey towards Banting for a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme, reinforcing iMotorbike’s commitment to giving back to the community.

The CSR activity reflects one of the company’s core values using the riding community as a platform to create a positive impact beyond the roads.

iMotorbike Merdeka Ride

Continuing a Meaningful Tradition

Since its introduction, the iMotorbike Merdeka Ride has become more than an annual convoy. It has grown into a platform that brings together customers, motorcycle enthusiasts, partners, and the iMotorbike team to celebrate the nation’s independence while fostering friendships within Malaysia’s motorcycle community.

Each edition has carried its own unique theme and destination. In 2024, the ride focused on celebrating patriotism and the spirit of Merdeka, while the 2025 edition took participants on a journey highlighting unity, history, and national pride.

For 2026, iMotorbike is taking the experience one step further by blending culture, exploration, and community service into a single ride, making this year’s event one of the most meaningful editions yet.

Stay Tuned

More information, including the official route, registration details, itinerary, and activities, will be announced soon through iMotorbike’s official channels.

Whether you’re a returning participant or someone looking to experience the Merdeka Ride for the first time, this year’s edition promises an unforgettable journey with fellow riders in celebration of Malaysia’s independence.

Mark your calendars this August and get your motorcycles ready. The road awaits!
