iMotorbike was among the speakers at the Lark Reimagine event held at Le Méridien Kuala Lumpur on April 16, 2026, where the company shared its approach to improving operations through digital tools.

During the session, iMotorbike explained how its adoption of Lark has helped streamline internal workflows and customer-facing processes. The move has contributed to improved efficiency across teams and more consistent service delivery.

Driving Efficiency Through Technology

At the core of iMotorbike’s strategy is the use of technology to simplify operations and support business growth. By organising customer data and automating key processes, the company has developed a more scalable system to manage its expanding operations.

CEO and Co-Founder Gil Carmo said that:“Working with sensitive customer data requires precision. With Lark helping us organise it, scaling becomes significantly easier.”

Meanwhile, Project Manager Kaha Go added that: “Lark is fundamental to our operations. The automation eliminates manual key-ins and helps improve overall efficiency.”

The event also provided an opportunity for iMotorbike to exchange insights with other industry players on improving operational efficiency.

Strengthening Partnerships and Future Growth

In addition to the event, iMotorbike recently hosted the Lark team, along with partners and business leaders, at its office in Glenmarie for a site visit and sharing session. The discussion reflected on the company’s achievements and outlined its future direction.

Looking ahead, iMotorbike remains focused on scaling its operations while strengthening its presence in Malaysia and Vietnam. With efficiency and collaboration at the core of its strategy, the company aims to continue delivering greater value to customers while expanding its brand across the region.
