Motul and MotoGP have officially renewed their long-standing partnership for another five years, extending the agreement through 2030 and bringing the collaboration close to a remarkable 20-year milestone.

The partnership covers Motul’s extensive involvement across the MotoGP calendar, including season-long sponsorships, global fan engagement initiatives, digital campaigns, and title sponsorship of two major races: the Motul Grand Prix of Japan and the Motul Grand Prix of Valencia.

Motul and MotoGP have worked together for more than 15 years, focusing heavily on fan-centric activations, immersive events, and all-round marketing efforts. The collaboration integrates Motul’s racing heritage and technical expertise with MotoGP’s drive for innovation, competition, and high-performance entertainment, traits that continue to position MotoGP as one of the most thrilling motorsports on the planet.

With the new five-year extension, both parties aim to amplify their reach and connect MotoGP with even broader global audiences.

Motul’s Chief Brand and Communication Officer, Andreea Culcea, highlighted the brand’s commitment to motorsport excellence, stating: “The renewal of our partnership with MotoGP demonstrates our long-term commitment to competition and innovation. Being part of the world’s premier motorcycle racing championship allows us to embody what it means to be a co-creator of performance working alongside the very best to continually push the limits of technology and passion.”

Dorna Sports Chief Commercial Officer, Dan Rossomondo, expressed enthusiasm for the extended collaboration: “We’re happy to continue working with Motul. They are a longstanding partner and bring more than sponsorship to the sport – together we’ve created exciting fan events, focused campaigns, and launched some innovative products. Grands Prix like the season finale in Valencia, with Motul as title sponsor, are a blueprint for what we want to see going forward – a weekend full of different activities that leaves no doubt Valencia was the place to be. We look forward to another step in this partnership and working with Motul to spread MotoGP broadly.”

The renewed agreement promises even greater collaboration and fan experience enhancements as MotoGP and Motul continue strengthening one of the sport’s most impactful partnerships.
