Kawasaki has been stealing the spotlight since the launch of the ZX-25R in Indonesia. The hype even led to rumours of the Japanese motorcycle manufacturer coming up with a 400cc variant.
In the latest development, sources from Japan have already confirmed that the ZX-4R model has already been completed and will be launched soon.
Despite the exciting news, the appearance of the ZX-4R model is no longer a surprise. This is especially since Kawasaki has already filed a patent as early as 2019. The description in the patent was likely to be introduced on the 400cc model.

According to international media reports, the Kawasaki ZX-4R will follow the same design mould as the ZX-25R including a steel tubular frame, and swingarm.
However, the ZX-4R will come with a sharper front panel. This takes inspiration from the ZX-10R model and graphics and colours similar to the ZXR750.
The ZX-25R is likely to produce 50hp with the help of Ram-Air. As such, the ZX-4R is expected to offer between 70 to 80hp, making this model the most powerful in its class.
