The epic motorcycle show, Long Way Up starring Ewan McGregor and Charley Boorman travelling through South and Central America in a pair of electric Harley LiveWire now has an official release date!

Earlier this week Apple TV+ announced the first look of the new epic motorcycle show; ” Long Way Up” starring Ewan McGregor and Charley Boorman. Reuniting the two best friends after more than a decade; where they previously travelled around the world in a pair of BMW Adventure bikes.

The new show, however, features the best friends covering 13,000 miles through the glorious and underexposed landscapes of South and Central America in their electric Harley-Davidson Livewire motorcycles. Yes, you read that right, they travelling over 100 days and crossing 16 borders and 13 countries in electric motorcycles. The reason? Well, it is to show what the upcoming electric motorcycles are capable of while contributing to the sustainability of the planet.

Long Way Up going Electric

Unlike the previous shows;  “Long Way Round” and “Long Way Down”,  where they used adventure bikes, Long Way Up would feature  Ewan McGregor and Charley Boorman doing cross-country in their specially prepped Harley-Davidson Livewire motorcycles.

The new series will feature Ewan and Charley travelling through Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador and up through Colombia, Central America and Mexico. Alongside Ewan and Charles; longtime collaborator and directors David Alexanian and Russ Malkin will also be following the best friends in their own electric Rivians R1T Truck.

Show Premier  Details and here is how you can watch Long Way Up online

Long Way Up will premiere globally on Apple TV+ next month on 18th (Friday) September 2020. On the 18th, Apple TV+ would launch the first three episodes of the series. After that, the following episodes would roll out weekly.
