Malaysian motorcycle components and accessories brand Solfili, under the MKA Group, has officially introduced its latest product, the Solfili Mass Damper, during the PETRONAS Grand Prix of Malaysia 2026 at the PETRONAS Sepang International Circuit.

The product launch took place alongside one of the biggest motorsport weekends in the country and was further highlighted by a special appearance from Italian Moto2 rider Tony Arbolino, who joined the event to celebrate the introduction of the new accessory.

The new Solfili Mass Damper has been developed specifically for the Yamaha NVX155 V1, V2 and V3. It is engineered to reduce unwanted vibrations while delivering a smoother and more comfortable riding experience for everyday use. Whether riding through city traffic, commuting to work or covering longer distances, the Mass Damper is designed to minimise vibrations that can cause rider fatigue over time.

Solfili Product Launch

According to Solfili, the Mass Damper works by absorbing and reducing vibrations generated by the engine, uneven road surfaces and other motorcycle components. This helps lessen vibrations transmitted to the handlebars and footrests, creating a more refined riding experience. The result is improved comfort during daily rides, especially for riders who spend extended periods on their motorcycles.

The company believes the product can benefit riders looking for a simple upgrade that enhances comfort without affecting the motorcycle’s original riding characteristics. Mass Damper technology is already used in top-level motorcycle racing, including by several MotoGP teams, to help reduce vibrations and improve overall motorcycle stability.

With the introduction of the Solfili Mass Damper, the company aims to bring similar engineering concepts to the consumer market, making advanced vibration-reduction technology more accessible to everyday riders. While the product is designed for road use, it draws inspiration from technologies proven at the highest level of motorcycle racing.

The brackets allow the Mass Damper to be installed using the motorcycle’s existing chassis mounting points, providing a straightforward installation process while maintaining a clean factory-style appearance.

Solfili Product Launch

The launch of the Mass Damper during the Malaysian MotoGP weekend reflects Solfili’s continued commitment to developing practical motorcycle accessories that combine innovation, performance and rider comfort.

The Solfili Mass Damper will be available through the brand’s official online stores as well as authorised Solfili dealers nationwide. Customers interested in the product can also visit their nearest authorised dealer for further information regarding availability and installation services.

As Solfili continues expanding its product lineup, the company remains focused on delivering quality motorcycle components and accessories that offer practical improvements for everyday riders.
