After making its public debut at the recent Malaysia Bike Show 2026, ZXMoto has officially confirmed it will enter the Malaysian motorcycle market this September under the distribution of MForce Bike Holdings.
The Chinese manufacturer will launch three models initially, comprising the ZXMoto 820RR, 500RR and 500F. Pricing is expected to be highly competitive, with the flagship 820RR estimated to retail below RM40,000, while both the 500RR and 500F are expected to be priced below RM30,000.
The arrival of ZXMoto marks another significant step for Chinese motorcycle manufacturers in Malaysia, particularly following the brand’s growing international reputation through its participation in the FIM Supersport World Championship (WorldSSP).

ZXMoto 500RR: Inline-Four Supersport
Leading the middleweight lineup is the ZXMoto 500RR, a fully-faired supersport motorcycle powered by a 470cc DOHC inline four-cylinder engine paired to a six-speed gearbox equipped with an assist and slipper clutch as well as a factory quickshifter.
The engine produces 84 hp at 13,500 rpm and 46 Nm of torque at 11,500 rpm, placing it among the most powerful motorcycles in its class.
The 500RR is fitted with fully adjustable front and rear suspension, a steering damper, twin four-piston front brake calipers and a single-sided swingarm. It weighs a claimed 168 kg, while the fuel tank has a capacity of 15 litres.
Technology is equally impressive, with a TFT-LCD display providing riding information alongside standard traction control and dual-channel ABS. Completing the aggressive supersport styling are aerodynamic winglets integrated into the front fairing.

ZXMoto 500F: Retro Styling Meets Modern Performance
Sharing the same 470cc inline four-cylinder platform is the ZXMoto 500F, although it adopts a retro naked sport design inspired by classic motorcycles.
Power output is rated slightly lower at 73 hp, while torque increases to 48 Nm, offering a different riding character compared to its fully-faired sibling.
Unlike the 500RR’s TFT display, the 500F features a combination analogue instrument cluster with a centrally mounted LCD screen. Fuel capacity is slightly larger at 15.5 litres, while kerb weight is listed at 175 kg.
The 500F is aimed at riders seeking classic styling without sacrificing modern engineering and performance.

820RR Brings WorldSSP Technology to the Road
The model that generated the most attention during the Malaysia Bike Show was undoubtedly the ZXMoto 820RR, a high-performance supersport inspired by the manufacturer’s race-winning machine competing in the FIM Supersport World Championship (WorldSSP).
Power comes from an 819cc inline three-cylinder engine producing 135 hp at 12,000 rpm and 80 Nm of torque at 9,000 rpm, delivering performance that rivals established middleweight sportbikes.
The 820RR is equipped with five riding modes, including two fully customisable rider modes, alongside traction control, dual-channel ABS and a smart key system.
Weight has also been kept relatively low through the extensive use of aluminium alloy for the frame, swingarm and exhaust system, resulting in a claimed weight of 193 kg.
Malaysian Launch Expected in September
Following strong public interest during the Malaysia Bike Show, ZXMoto’s official arrival is expected to add further competition to Malaysia’s middleweight motorcycle segment.
With competitive pricing, inline four-cylinder and triple-cylinder engine options, modern electronics and racing-inspired technology, the brand is positioning itself as an attractive alternative to more established Japanese and European manufacturers.
More details, including official pricing and availability, are expected to be announced closer to the Malaysian launch this September.
