Boon Siew Honda has officially opened its new Sales Headquarters in Kota Damansara, marking a significant step in strengthening its operations and support network for Honda motorcycle customers and dealers in Malaysia.

Located in Taman Sains Selangor, the new three-storey facility serves as the company’s central hub for sales, marketing, and after-sales parts and services, covering a total floor area of 650 square metres.

The headquarters will support Boon Siew Honda’s operations across the central region of Peninsular Malaysia while bringing several key departments together under one roof for the first time.

Among the new facility’s key features are two dedicated training rooms and a fully equipped technical centre designed to provide continuous training for company staff and authorised Honda dealers. By centralising these operations, Boon Siew Honda aims to improve communication, coordination and overall efficiency between departments.

The building also houses dedicated office spaces, meeting rooms and collaborative work areas that will be used for campaign planning, media engagement, dealer development and after-sales support initiatives.

Its strategic location in Kota Damansara also places Boon Siew Honda’s management team closer to its business partners and industry stakeholders, allowing for faster collaboration and decision-making.

Boon Siew Honda Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Kunitomo Asano said bringing the company’s key teams together in one location will enhance day-to-day operations.

“The three teams inside this building talk to each other every day. Now they can do it in the same corridor rather than across a phone call. That is not a small thing when the pace of what we do demands that kind of speed,” he said.

In addition to supporting internal operations, the new Sales Headquarters also functions as a dedicated warranty parts support centre for Boon Siew Honda’s nationwide authorised dealer network, helping to streamline after-sales services and improve parts availability.

The facility operates from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, and reflects Boon Siew Honda’s continued commitment to enhancing customer service, dealer support and operational excellence as the company continues to grow its presence in the Malaysian motorcycle market.
