Aveta Expands 2025 Lineup with New Marvel 150 “Fun Bike” for Malaysia

Launched alongside the Nova 250, the compact and stylish Aveta Marvel 150 brings youthful energy, urban practicality, and a price tag of RM7,988 to Malaysia’s small-bike segment.

Joining the launch of the Nova 250, Aveta Malaysia has officially introduced the 2025 Aveta Marvel 150, a compact and playful “fun bike” designed for riders who crave lightness, agility, and style. Priced at RM7,988 (excluding road tax, insurance, and registration), the Marvel 150 is available in two bold colour options, Mocha Blaze and Sonic Blue, and comes with a two-year or 20,000 km warranty against manufacturing defects.

The Marvel 150 is powered by a 149 cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine, producing 10.6 hp at 7,500 rpm and 11.5 Nm of torque at 5,500 rpm. The engine is paired with a five-speed manual gearbox and chain final drive, giving riders a more engaging and hands-on riding experience.

Designed to rival popular mini bikes like the Honda MSX/Grom and Kawasaki KSR, the Marvel 150 rolls on 12-inch alloy wheels wrapped in 120/70 tyres at both ends. Stopping power comes from single hydraulic disc brakes front and rear, ensuring confident control in city traffic or casual weekend rides.

The suspension setup features upside-down (USD) front forks and twin preload-adjustable rear shock absorbers, offering a balance of comfort and sportiness. Riders can keep track of vital information through a round digital LCD display, while modern touches include LED lighting throughout and a USB-A charging port for added convenience.

With a seat height of 760 mm, a weight of just 110 kg, and an 8.2-litre fuel tank, the Marvel 150 is built for easy handling and long-lasting fun, perfect for new riders, city commuters, or enthusiasts looking for an affordable, stylish small-displacement motorcycle.

Aveta Group Managing Director Steven Lim shared that the brand’s mission goes beyond sales numbers, focusing instead on building motorcycles that connect with riders on a personal level.
