Blueshark Launches SoloEra Solo 1C EV Scooter for Just RM599 with MARiiCas Rebate

Malaysia’s electric motorcycle brand, Blueshark, is shaking up the two-wheeled EV market again, this time with its first-ever SoloEra model, the Solo 1C, launched under a new high-value sub-brand focused on affordability and accessibility.

Thanks to a special tie-up with Mesra Rewards, Setel, and the MARiiCas 2WEV rebate programme, eligible Malaysians can now pre-order the Solo 1C at just RM599, a game-changing offer that includes a massive RM2,400 rebate and additional support from Blueshark itself.

The promo runs from 15 July to 16 September 2025, or while stocks last.

So, What’s the Deal?

To score the RM599 promo price, you’ll need to:

• Be a Malaysian citizen aged 18 or above
• Hold a valid B2 motorcycle license
• Be a registered user on the Setel app and Mesra Rewards
• Apply and be approved for the MARiiCas rebate
• Agree to a 5-year battery rental plan at RM59/month + connectivity pack at RM10/month
• Pass Blueshark’s internal background checks
• Redeem only one unit per MyKad holder

Without the MARiiCas rebate, the Solo 1C will retail at RM2,999, not including battery rental or subscription plans.

Pre-orders can be placed exclusively via the MyMesra website or the Setel app, with deliveries expected within six months depending on your location and stock. Shipping charges apply, with extra fees for East Malaysia.

What is the SoloEra Solo 1C?

Part of Blueshark’s new SoloEra line-up, first shown at Malaysia Autoshow 2025, the Solo 1C is a no-frills, smart, app-connected electric scooter that offers:

• Range: Up to 101 km per charge (NEDC)
• Battery: 2,000W 2nd-gen LFP battery
• Charging: 3-pin household socket
• Battery swapping: Coming soon
• Weight-saving design and local assembly by EPMB at Glenmarie
• CO₂ savings: Up to 3,500 kg less emissions/year vs conventional 150cc bikes

Riders also get smart features like:

• 4 riding modes (including Motor Assist Mode)
• Bluetooth smart key
• Anti-theft system
• App connectivity with vehicle status, remote lock, Find My Bike, and more
• The Solo 1C comes in three colour choices: Nebula Green, Nova Orange, and Lunar White.
