Motorcycle Influencers Huzairii and Atepvlog Share Their Favorite Models at the iMotorbike Glenmarie Showroom – Discover What Sets These Bikes Apart!

Source: Instagram/@atepvlog

Last week, I had the chance to meet Huzairii (@HuzairiHalim) and Atepvlog (@atepvlog) here at the iMotorbike Glenmarie showroom.

For those who might not be familiar, these two are influential figures in the motorcycle vlogging and review scene. If you’re into motorcycles, you’ve likely come across their engaging content on Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube, where they cover all things bike-related.

As they were wrapping up their new content, (Check out at the bottom of the page) I couldn’t resist asking them about their favourite bikes available here. They were kind enough to share their top picks, each focusing on different segments to keep things interesting.

Let’s dive into their choices and understand why these bikes made the cut.

Huzairii’s Top Picks

Source: Instagram/@huzairii

1. Moped: Yamaha Y15ZR

Huzairii kicked things off with the popular Yamaha Y15ZR, a stylish and well-designed moped that’s immensely popular in Malaysia. He noted, “It strikes a perfect balance with its power and capacity, making it a relevant and practical choice for daily use.”

Well, it’s true! The Y15ZR is hands down the best kapchai bike to own. With its stylish design and 150cc engine, it’s a clear favourite among everyone.

2. Scooter: BMW C400X

Next up is the BMW C400X for the scooter segment. Huzairii said, “Despite its hefty price tag and costly aftersales parts, the C400X is a noteworthy bike.” He acknowledged its overpriced nature and expensive maintenance but recommended checking it out at a BMW centre for those curious.

This scooter is sure to turn heads around every corner. With its unique design and striking red, white, and blue BMW stripes, it’s definitely a confidence booster wherever you ride.

3. Naked: Ducati Streetfighter V2

Describing the Ducati Streetfighter V2 as overkill, Huzairii highlighted this bike for those who crave raw power and aggressive styling. “It’s not for the faint-hearted and offers an adrenaline-pumping experience,” he added.

We all know Ducati stands at the pinnacle, especially with its powerful Italian-made engine that roars with a distinctive sound. This bike is incredibly amazing to own—what more can I say?

4. Supersport: BMW S1000RR

For the supersport category, Huzairii chose the BMW S1000RR, considered a complete package, fully loaded with features. “It’s an outstanding performer, offering everything a rider could ask for in a superbike. The bike itself has a lot of features like track mode, and it’s already fully carbon, making it the most powerful bike here.”

Yes, the bike is indeed a complete package. Whether you’re into track riding, weekend rides, collecting, or just a simple ride, this bike has it all. It’s an absolute beast in every scenario.

The one here at the showroom is a 2018 model, the last to feature the unique front headlights (resembling alien eyes), and it definitely retains the classic taste of the old S1000RR before it transitioned to the very modern look of the latest version.

5. Touring: Ducati Multistrada 1200

Lastly, Huzairii picked the Ducati Multistrada for the touring segment. Known for its impressive torque and power, the Multistrada is perfect for those who love a touring bike with excellent pickup.

“The bike could easily wheelie if you lack skills on its throttle. It’s definitely a beast on two wheels, offering thrilling rides,” he said.

Atepvlog’s Top Picks

1. Moped: Yamaha Y16ZR

Atep kicked off his list with the Yamaha Y16ZR, his favourite underbone or kapchai. He explained that the bike is a favourite because it’s an upgrade from the Y15ZR, and it’s a well-rounded underbone bike with enhanced safety features like ABS, making it a reliable and secure ride.

Indeed, it’s an upgraded version of the Y15ZR, packed with many advanced features, including a 155cc engine. This model blends Yamaha’s signature performance, style, and innovation, offering an unparalleled riding experience across generations.

2. Scooter: Modenas Elegan 250

Opting for the Modenas Elegan 250, Atep described it as ideal for daily commuting and weekend adventures. “It’s a versatile bike that’s perfect for various riding needs. Even can use it to commute to work back and forth,” he said.

A superbly comfortable scooter for daily commuting, it’s just the right size for navigating everywhere. It’s definitely worth the investment to own this scooter.

3. Sport: Honda CBR250RR

For the sports segment, Atep chose the Honda CBR250RR, considering it the best in the 250cc category. “The CBR250RR stands out for its performance.” While the ZX25RR might be a contender, it’s not available here, making the CBR250RR the top choice without a doubt.

This bike often sells out quickly when it arrives, but don’t worry! We have plenty more options available for you to choose from in the 250cc sports segment.

4. Touring: Yamaha Tracer 900 GT

For touring, Atep chose the Tracer 900 GT. He described this bike as overall good. “The Tracer Touring is a fantastic option for those who enjoy long rides, such as highways. It also offers comfort and reliability and can hold a variety of boxes so that riders can bring many things together, making it a favourite among touring enthusiasts.”

The Tracer is one of the most reliable touring bikes available on the market. Here at iMotorbike, you can find used models with low mileage and a 6-month warranty, making it an excellent choice for your touring needs.

5. Supersport: Yamaha R6

The Yamaha R6 is fast and furious, a top choice for speed enthusiasts seeking an exhilarating ride that’s hard to match.

Atep spotted the bike while recording content, although it was still in the garage for inspection. Even so, we’ll provide you with links to other recommended bikes that stand toe-to-toe with the Yamaha R6.
