In Bali, Treasure Garage transformed a 2013 Ducati Monster into a Lamborghini-inspired masterpiece.

This masterpiece pays homage to Emilia-Romagna, Italy’s “Motor Valley,” where famous brands like Ferrari, Lamborghini, and Ducati originate. It also showcases Bali as a hub for groundbreaking automotive innovations.

Lamborghini, Ducati’s parent company, has partnered with Ducati to create exclusive motorcycles inspired by Lamborghini supercars. However, what sets Treasure Garage’s project apart is its unique approach.

The visionary, Imanuel ‘Nuel’ Prakoso, challenged his team to transform a Ducati Monster into an Italian supercar-inspired work of art. Instead of copying existing designs, Prakoso’s designer @Garinca_Bali drew inspiration from Gran Turismo and Lamborghini’s Vision GT concept.

They selected a ten-year-old Ducati 796 as the base, known for its distinctive tubular steel frame and a narrow 803cc engine, offering ample space for custom bodywork.

Lamborghini-Inspired Ducati

They began by removing the frame, discarding the subframe, and crafting the rear structure from a single billet alloy piece.

Treasure Garage’s team demonstrated remarkable precision, hand-shaping aluminum sheets to replicate Lamborghini’s lines for each body panel, despite limited tools.

The meticulous craftsmanship is evident in the tank cover, wings, and ducts, highlighting the nine-month project’s attention to detail.

The Ducati Monster’s front showcases dual headlights, an LED projector nose, and a shark-like mouth created by the front fender. Gills on the side fins contribute to the unique design.

The paint job, in Lamborghini green with gold and matte black accents, pays homage to Italian supercars.

Most lighting elements, including the front screen, were hand-shaped and lit with acrylic. Even the rear brake fluid reservoir was carefully crafted, reflecting the “built not bought” approach.

The engine got an upgrade with open intakes and an HP Corse rear muffler, and Brembo now manages the brakes.

Treasure Garage’s distinction lies in drawing from elite OEM production and elevating it with their unique all-Italian craftsmanship.

They’re not just gaining recognition in custom motorcycles; they’re also solidifying Bali as a hub for exceptional automotive innovations.

Bali’s Treasure Garage shows that creativity, expertise, and commitment can transform a basic motorcycle into art, honoring Italian automotive heritage.
