Jawa Motorcycle’s latest model takes the concept of customization to a higher level, with features often found on custom motorcycles.
The new Jawa 42 Bobber Black Mirror and, as you might expect, it has lots of chrome details.
The 42 Bobber Black Mirror comes with a chrome tank. The shining exterior highlights the elegant appearance that contrasts with the bold retro design.
It comes with two-tone coloured alloy wheels and tubeless tires. The engine casing displays an attractive black coating, and forged fins on the cylinder head, giving it an elegant design. Meanwhile, the side panels have a black coating and display the “42 Bobber” symbol.
In addition to these improvements, Jawa Motorcycles has made mechanical improvements to this motorcycle. Mainly, they have increased the gas body size from 33 millimetres to an additional 38 millimetres.
Jawa Motorcycles reduced the engine’s minimum revs to a more refined 1,350 rpm. This changes the fuel map for optimal performance.
To ensure a more comfortable ride, the rear monoshock has been adjusted better.
Technologically, the 42 Bobber Black Mirror engine is in line with the standard Bobber engine. It features a 334 cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder fuel-injected engine. The bike offers a maximum power of 29 hp and a peak torque of 32.7 Nm.
This power is efficiently transferred to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual gearbox, which is now equipped with a practical slip clutch.
