Electric vehicle startup Emflux will be raising the bar with their newest affordable bike with quality components, Emlfux One.
The electric motorcycle sector has been expanding day by day with the likes of top guns such as Harley-Davidson and potentially Triumph Motorcycles. This new firm in India will also be joining the bandwagon with their latest creation. Bangalore-based electric vehicle startup Emflux has been developing its first electric motorcycle for the past two years, namely Emflux One. The bike has aims to become one of the most affordable electric motorcycles in the two-wheeler industry. The firm has released the prototype of the bike and it consists of a great number of specs and high-end components. This bike may just be one of the top contenders to ensure a great price range and quality performance.
The bike weighs 169 kg (373 lbs). Details of the battery are scarce but according to Electrek is that it can possibly go from 0-80% within a mere 36 minutes. The Emflux One features a liquid-cooled 50 kW (71 hp) motor. It is capable of delivering 84 Nm (62 lb-ft) of torque along the bike’s single-sided swingarm. The Emflux one is also able to go from a 0-100 km/h (0-60 mph) time of just 3.0 seconds. It is set to travel up to 200 km (121 mi) on a single charge of its Samsung battery. The bike will likely to bear a price tag of $9,000.
