Every year motorcycle manufacturers try to give a new life to some models, introducing small modifications in some cases, and in other cases by changing the style adding new colors and graphics. That’s precisely what Honda has done with their beloved RS150R!
Boon Siew Honda, importer of Honda motorcycles for Malaysia, has announced the arrival of the 2018 RS150R in four refreshing new colors schemes and graphics.
The updated graphics of RS150R adorns the sporty motorcycle with the option of additional new colour – Pearl Magellanic Black. The introduction of this new colour choice is set out as a direct response toward customers who are seeking a sleeker color to accompany the visual appeal of their motorcycle. The new paint schemes are available alongside the existing color with an updated livery scheme – Pearl Nightfall Blue, Candy Scintillate Red and the ever popular Repsol Edition.
“We realize that the RS150R is selected and even customized to suit its owners’ identity”, said Keiichi Yasuda, CEO of Boon Siew Honda. “Therefore, the latest color visual for the new 2018 edition of Honda RS150R need to be more imposing to complement its aggressive yet sublime looks” he later added.
The RS150R was launched in Malaysia in 2016 and soon became one of the best-selling models in Honda’s line-up. This underbone model is locally assembled and continues to be powered by the always fuel-efficient PGM-Fi engine, installed in a chassis that combines agility with comfort riding.
The standard variant (blue, black or red) is priced at RM7999, while the Repsol edition is priced at RM8299. Boon Siew Honda offers two years or 20.000 km manufacturing warranty, whichever comes first.
