HLYM recalls Yamaha YZF-R25 And MT-25 for inspection

Hong Leong Yamaha Malaysia has called out for owners of the Yamaha YZF-R25 and MT-25 to undergo an inspection of the ABS hose system.

Hong Leong Yamaha Motor (HLYM) has issued a recall notice involving two models, the Yamaha YZF-R25 and MT-25.

According to the notice issued, the recall involves models purchased between September 2022 and March 2023. The models are to undergo an inspection of the ABS hose system.

Meanwhile, HLYM also shared the chassis number involved in the recall. The owner of the motorcycle can refer to the chassis number here.

At the same time, HLYM will also send a notice to affected owners starting the second week of May 2023.

Those who receive the notice shall immediately contact the official Yamaha distributor or Hong Leong Yamaha Motor Sdn Bhd to make an appointment.
