Mforce Bike Holdings Sdn. Bhd. marked a major milestone in early 2026 with the official opening of its new Kuala Lumpur Service Centre and Operational Office in Segambut, now recognised as the largest motorcycle service centre in Malaysia.
Spanning 77,000 square feet of built-up space, the new facility is designed to handle high-volume maintenance while improving overall operational efficiency and after-sales support for Mforce customers nationwide.
Built around a comprehensive one-stop centre concept, the Mforce Kuala Lumpur facility houses a wide range of customer-focused amenities. These include the Mforce Gallery, featuring 16 display layouts showcasing brands under the Mforce portfolio, a spacious customer lounge, CR Café, restaurant, spare parts centre and a dedicated warehouse supporting the full range of Mforce products.

A key highlight of the facility is the RM1.5 million Motorcycle Inspection Test Bench, which enables detailed safety and condition checks covering braking systems, lighting and body alignment in line with industry standards. Additional facilities include a prayer room, washrooms, waiting areas and dedicated retail spaces for LS2 and Mforce Oil products, enhancing the overall customer experience.
With a total construction investment of RM40 million, the centre reflects Mforce’s long-term commitment to strengthening its service network and after-sales capabilities. Full operations are expected to begin soon.

In addition, Chief Operating Officer Asri Ahmad announced plans for the Mforce Experience Club, a platform aimed at supporting Mforce motorcycle club activities while serving as a channel to share the latest product and service updates. Online registration for the club will open on 15 February 2026.
To mark the initiative, Mforce will hold a special lucky draw exclusively for Experience Club members during the Malaysia Bike Show 2026 at MAEP, Serdang in May, where five motorcycles will be given away as prizes.
The opening of the Kuala Lumpur Service Centre and Operational Office highlights Mforce’s ongoing efforts to elevate service standards, product quality and the overall ownership experience for Malaysian riders.
