National motorcycle company, Motosikal dan Enjin Nasional Sdn Bhd (“MODENAS” or “the Company”) will resume after-sales operations at selected branches. This follows the recent statement issued by the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (“MITI”) allowing certain businesses under the Automotive industry to resume operations.

However, note that the resumption of MODENAS after-sales operations will be subject to the COVID-19 pandemic standard operating procedures (“SOPs”) as instructed by MITI.  These include; shorter hours, limited staffing and adhering to preventive measures such as social distancing and observing hygienic practices.

The service centre will serve customers only by appointments. Therefore, if you are planning to take your motorcycle there, either make an online appointment or send a WhatsApp Message to MODENAS Careline at 019-570 8135.  You will be contacted by the respective branches to confirm the available date and time slot. Also note, the MODENAS service centres will only be accepting the appointments on a first-come-first-served basis!

This is to limit the number of customers entering these premises and to practice safe social distancing of each customer during this COVID-19 pandemic period.  On top of this, your body temperature will be checked before entering the service centre. Also, MODENAS advices customers to put on a face mask before entering the premise.
