Big news in MotoGP as Marc Marquez leaves Repsol Honda for Gresini Ducati.

It’s not just a track shake-up but a sponsor shift too, given Marc Marquez’s star power.

People wonder if Repsol will follow the rider to Gresini. “No,” says Gresini Ducati’s Nadia Padovani. He has personal sponsors, not team-based ones.

Repsol sticks with Honda for 2024, ending a 30-year partnership. Red Bull, a longtime Honda sponsor, disappears from Honda’s list. Instead, they back Tech3 GASGAS’s bikes.

Marquez keeps a personal deal with Red Bull. Estrella Galicia sponsors both Marquez brothers.

Despite a pay-cut in moving to Gresini, Marquez’s personal brand earns him well. Gresini Ducati sees growing interest from current and potential sponsors.

The 2024 MotoGP season brings anticipation. Marquez’s move adds excitement, with Gresini Ducati benefiting from the spotlight.
