Just a few days ago the 7th Yamaha VR46 Master Camp came to an end with a tour of the VR46 headquarters in Tavullia. In tandem to that, the traditional graduation ceremony took place to celebrate the riders as it was the last day of their programme. During the programme, Academy Director Alessio ’Uccio‘ Salucci gave the students a quick tour of the premises, including Valentino Rossi‘s office. The traditional graduation ceremony was led by VR46 Master Camp and Yamaha Motor Racing‘s Marketing & Communications Manager William Favero. The students got their VR46 Master Camp certificate of attendance and some extra gifts from VR46.

“The seventh Yamaha VR46 Master Camp might be our most successful edition yet”, says Salucci as quoted from Yamaha Racing. “The riders we had were great and they really showed us their motivation to work hard and be professional. I‘m very satisfied with how well they adapted to the new experiences, and the progress we saw them make is fantastic. Now the riders go back home and prepare to continue to fight in their championship, and I hope the skills and techniques they were taught this week will help them. I want to thank the entire Yamaha and VR46 staff who made this programme possible. I‘m looking forward to the next edition of the Master Camp in September.”

“It was a pity to end this amazing experience. This week has flown by so fast. I really enjoyed all the training sessions, and the ceremony at the end of it all was great. We saw a video of what we had done and all the memories we made, and it was very nice. I‘m really happy and once again I sincerely want to say ’Thank you‘ to Yamaha, VR46, and the Master Camp,” said Beatriz Neila.

“Day 5 was good, though also a bit sad. I enjoyed the ceremony a lot. The whole programme was very nice. I had an amazing time! Visiting the VR46 headquarters was incredible. The building and interior are very impressive, and watching the videos of this Master Camp together in Valentino‘s office was something special. I want to thank Yamaha and VR46 for the opportunity to take part in this Master Camp edition. You guys are amazing!” added Andy Verdoïa.
