A bold new contender has entered the global motorcycle arena ZXMOTO, a Chinese brand founded in 2024 by Zhang Xue, officially made its debut at EICMA 2025 in Milan, unveiling a complete lineup that spans sport, naked, adventure, cruiser, and off-road motorcycles.
Driven by a passion for motorcycles and racing, Zhang Xue’s brand made an immediate impact with the spotlight-stealing 820RR, a purebred sports bike powered by an 819 cc three-cylinder engine producing 135hp, alongside a more aggressive 820RR-R variant pushing 145hp. A track-focused 820RR-RS, delivering up to 150hp, is also on the way.

ZXMOTO’s smaller displacement machines also drew attention, including the 500RR, a 470 cc inline-four engine producing 84hp and the 820R, a muscular streetfighter-style machine boasting 130hp from the same triple-cylinder platform. The 500F, with its classic naked design, offers 73.4hp from a similar four-cylinder engine setup.
Adventure seekers weren’t left out either as the 820ADV, with 117hp from its 819 cc three-cylinder motor, promises touring-ready performance. Meanwhile, off-road fans will find the 450 Rally, inspired by Dakar rally racers and powered by a 59hp single-cylinder engine, as well as a dedicated motocross lineup with the MX250 and MX450, and enduro models ZX300 and ZX350. Completing the lineup is the 600V, a cruiser featuring a 578 cc V-twin engine, marking ZXMOTO’s versatility across multiple riding segments.

ZXMOTO Enters the World Stage with WorldSSP Debut
ZXMOTO’s ambitions don’t stop at production bikes, the brand is making a competitive leap into the 2026 FIM World Supersport Championship, partnering with Evan Bros Racing, a team with a championship-winning legacy.
The Italian squad, which famously clinched two Supersport world titles with Yamaha in 2019 and 2020, has now joined forces with ZXMOTO for its first-ever World Championship campaign. The team has signed Valentin Debise and Federico Caricasulo to spearhead the brand’s debut season.
“I’m really happy to join this new project,” Caricasulo told WorldSBK.com at EICMA. “ZXMOTO is a new manufacturer with a strong racing spirit and ambition to be competitive from the start. I’m also reuniting with Evan Bros, the team that helped shape my career in Supersport. Together, I believe we can achieve great things.”

Although Caricasulo has only tested the standard road-going version so far, he praised the bike’s smooth torque delivery and strong base performance. He expects more refinement once the full race-spec machine is ready for testing.
ZXMOTO’s entry marks a historic moment as the fourth Chinese manufacturer to compete at FIM World Championship level, following in the footsteps of CFMoto (Moto3), Kove (WorldSSP300 champions with Benat Fernandez), and QJMotor (WorldSSP).
With a complete motorcycle lineup and a bold racing debut ahead, ZXMOTO has positioned itself as China’s next major force in the global motorcycle industry, one that’s ready to take on the world, both on the streets and on the track.
