In terms of ‘external influences,’ Ducati has previously said that they have no influence over the rider decision of the Aramco Racing Team VR46. As a result, Rossi’s decision to race will be his alone. With the option to race a Ducati for the first time in 10 years after Desmosedici on the table, the #46 may return to racing an Italian bike next year.
According to Speedweek, Luca Marini will compete in GP21 with the same technical specification presented in this year’s Valencia GP. If this happens, the German portal indicates that Marco Bezzecchi would be transferred to Petronas Yamaha SRT.
