In conjunction with Malaysia’s 69th National Day celebrations, iMotorbike is proud to announce the return of its annual Charity Merdeka Ride 2026, inviting riders to come together for a meaningful ride that celebrates patriotism while giving back to the community.
Taking place on 31 August 2026, the ride will welcome 50 participants riding motorcycles with an engine capacity of 150cc and above. Registration is now open with an entry fee of RM10, with all proceeds going towards supporting Rumah Anak Yatim & Asnaf As-Solihin Kanchong Darat in Banting, Selangor.
The convoy will begin with registration and flag-off from iMotorbike Headquarters before making its first stop at Shell Elite R&R USJ. Participants will then continue their journey to Kompleks Kraf Kuala Lumpur, where they will have the opportunity to appreciate Malaysia’s local arts, crafts, and cultural heritage as part of this year’s Merdeka-themed experience.
The final destination will be Rumah Anak Yatim & Asnaf As-Solihin Kanchong Darat, where riders will take part in a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme, reinforcing the spirit of compassion, unity and community that defines the Merdeka celebration.
Beyond the ride itself, participants can also look forward to free gifts and a lucky draw, making the event an enjoyable gathering for motorcycle enthusiasts while supporting a meaningful cause.
Following the success of previous Merdeka Rides, this year’s edition continues iMotorbike’s commitment to bringing the riding community together through initiatives that extend beyond motorcycles. By combining cultural appreciation with charitable efforts, the Charity Merdeka Ride 2026 aims to create lasting memories while making a positive impact on the local community.
The event is scheduled to run from 7:30AM to 2:00PM, and interested riders are encouraged to register early as participation is limited to 50 riders.
