Ducati has announced the appointment of Fabrizio Cazzoli as its new Global Sales & After Sales Director, a role that also sees him join the company’s Board of Management. The appointment reinforces Ducati’s commitment to strengthening its global commercial operations while continuing its long-term growth strategy.

Cazzoli brings years of experience within Ducati, having started his career in the company’s logistics division before progressing through several leadership positions in commercial and international operations. During his career, he also led Ducati’s subsidiary in Japan and later gained valuable international experience with Maserati.

After returning to Ducati, Cazzoli oversaw key strategic markets, including China and the United Kingdom, expanding the brand’s presence while deepening his understanding of global motorcycle markets and customer expectations.

Leading Ducati’s Worldwide Sales Network

In his new position, Cazzoli will oversee Ducati’s global Sales & After Sales operations, taking responsibility for shaping and executing the manufacturer’s commercial strategy across 86 countries.

His responsibilities include managing Ducati’s 13 National Sales Companies alongside its network of independent distributors worldwide. He will also oversee several key business functions, including Sales Strategy, Planning and Business Development, Commercial After Sales, Service, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Experience Excellence, and Dealer Training.

Cazzoli succeeds Francesco Milicia, who is leaving the position after helping drive Ducati’s commercial growth through several leadership roles and will now take on a new opportunity within the wider Group.

Ducati CEO Welcomes Leadership Transition

Commenting on the appointment, Ducati CEO Claudio Domenicali praised Cazzoli’s extensive experience and long-standing relationship with the company.

“I am very happy to welcome Fabrizio to the Board. He is a true Ducatista who understands the values that make Ducati unique. His international experience and knowledge of our markets make him the right person to lead our global commercial activities during an important period for the motorcycle industry.”

Domenicali also thanked Francesco Milicia for his contributions, highlighting his leadership and the significant role he played in Ducati’s continued commercial success over the years.

Cazzoli Ready to Build on Ducati’s Global Growth

Speaking after his appointment, Cazzoli described the new role as both an honour and an exciting challenge.

“Taking on the role of Ducati’s Global Sales & After Sales Director is a great honour and a responsibility that I accept with great enthusiasm. Together with our colleagues and dealer partners around the world, we will continue strengthening Ducati’s global presence while delivering even better experiences for our customers and passionate enthusiasts.”

Sara Falzolgher Takes Charge of UK Operations

As part of the leadership changes, Ducati also confirmed that Sara Falzolgher, currently the company’s Marketing and Communications Director, will assume responsibility for the United Kingdom, Ireland, Sweden and Norway markets.

Having held several international roles throughout her Ducati career, Falzolgher will lead the UK subsidiary with the objective of maintaining its growth momentum and further strengthening Ducati’s position in one of its most important European markets.

The latest appointments reflect Ducati’s continued focus on promoting experienced internal talent while ensuring strategic continuity. By placing seasoned leaders in key positions, the Italian motorcycle manufacturer aims to further expand its global presence and continue delivering premium experiences to Ducati riders and enthusiasts worldwide.
