Shell Malaysia has officially announced the first batch of winners for its nationwide Free Fuel Campaign with Shell Lubricants, marking the start of an exciting rewards journey for Malaysian motorists and riders. A total of 92 Malaysians will be rewarded throughout the campaign with either one year or three years’ worth of free fuel, with the first group of weekly winners unveiled yesterday at a ceremony held at Menara Shell.

The campaign recognises loyal users of Shell Advance and Shell Helix lubricants, celebrating Malaysians who rely on Shell products to protect their motorcycle and car engines as part of their daily journeys. Weekly prizes of one year of free fuel will continue to be awarded until the campaign concludes, leading up to a grand prize where four Malaysians will walk away with three years’ worth of free fuel, along with a complimentary one-year oil change.

With the announcement of the first winners, excitement is already building nationwide as participants begin to see the rewards of their everyday purchases.

Among the first recipients is Mohd Khairussyukri, 29, a technician from Selangor, who described his surprise at being selected. He shared that after scanning the Shell App following his routine oil change, he received an unexpected call confirming his win. For him, the reward felt especially meaningful as it recognised a product he already trusted to care for his motorcycle.

Another winner, Izzah Mohammad, 35, an event planner from Kuala Lumpur, said the prize brought a joyful surprise to an otherwise ordinary week. She described the contest as simple to join with prizes that exceeded expectations, adding that she has already encouraged her family and friends to participate.

Seow Lee Ming, General Manager of Shell Mobility and Convenience Malaysia, said the campaign reflects Shell’s commitment to delivering greater value to customers at every stage of their journey. She noted that the Shell App plays a key role in making campaigns such as this accessible, rewarding and easy to participate in.

“Shell is more than just a place to refuel. Seeing the excitement on the faces of our winners is a powerful reminder of what these moments mean to our customers,” she said. She also expressed hope that more Malaysians would take part in the campaign, explore the Shell App and experience the quality of Shell Helix and Shell Advance lubricants while standing a chance to win a once-in-a-lifetime reward.

Malaysians are encouraged to download the Shell App, purchase selected Shell Helix or Shell Advance lubricants and stand a chance to win upcoming prizes as the campaign continues nationwide.
