Yamaha is opening the door again for Europe’s next generation of motocross racers.

Registration is officially open for the 2026 YZ bLU cRU FIM Europe Cup, the pipeline that produced some of the hottest emerging names in the sport, and with last season attracting well over 800 entries from more than 30 nations, the fight for a SuperFinale spot next year is expected to be just as intense.

The prize is the same, and it’s massive: a place on the gate at the 2026 YZ bLU cRU SuperFinale, which will run during the Monster Energy FIM Motocross of Nations in Ernée, France, from 2–4 October 2026. Only 120 riders will make that showpiece grid and the sooner you’re registered, the safer your spot in the qualification system.

Age groups remain unchanged:

  • YZ65 = 8–12
  • YZ85 = 11–14
  • YZ125 = 13–16

The appeal of bLU cRU has always been simple: it’s not “just another youth series.” It’s a structured talent ladder with an actual destination. Young riders race real championships, in real conditions, then the very best go head-to-head under the biggest spotlight on the calendar. And from there, the most outstanding prospects earn a ticket to the season-ending bLU cRU Masterclass, a multi-day professional training camp where riders are coached like factory athletes.

Impress at Masterclass, and trajectories can change instantly. One YZ125 standout will graduate to a Yamaha-backed EMX125 program in 2027. Yamaha will also support one rider each from the YZ65 and YZ85 categories with parts support and official backing for the following season.

For young riders who dream of racing professionally, this is one of the few youth systems that actually lead somewhere.

Registration is now open and closes at 23:59 on Monday, 2 March 2026. Anyone serious about securing a slot in the 2026 journey should not wait.
