The electric off-road motorcycle industry is surging, fueled by advancements in technology, a booming outdoor culture, and the rise of professional electric racing. At the Global Electric Off-Road Innovation Summit in Hangzhou, Apollino (Zhejiang Apollo Sports Technology Co., Ltd.) made history by launching the world’s first all-age electric off-road motorcycle lineup—the RFN ‘Warrior’ Series.

Designed for riders ranging from toddlers to professionals, this groundbreaking release marks a shift from product-based competition to an ecosystem-driven market. Alongside the new models, Apollino announced its Global Expansion Strategy 3.0, with the ambitious goal of doubling its international market share over the next three years.

Pioneering the Future of Electric Off-Road Motorcycles

The summit gathered key industry stakeholders, including distributors, investors, professional racers, and media representatives from over 40 countries. Discussions highlighted the industry’s rapid growth, with analysts predicting a double-digit CAGR over the next five years. Apollino is strategically positioning itself as a global leader through three key pillars:

  • Technological Innovation: Advancing electric off-road performance with axial flux motors, battery management systems (BMS), and smart connectivity for enhanced power and handling.
  • Market Expansion: Strengthening global sales and service networks across Europe, North America, Oceania, and Asia.
  • Racing & Brand Development: Investing in electric off-road racing and integrating electric motorcycles with the expanding outdoor adventure market.

The RFN ‘Warrior’ Series: All-Age Electric Off-Road Performance

Apollino’s latest release is the first electric off-road motorcycle lineup catering to all ages and skill levels. The four models include:

  • RFN Warrior Kids (Ages 2-6): Beginner-friendly with safety controls for a fun and secure riding experience.
  • RFN Warrior Youth (Ages 4-8): Enhanced power and suspension for young riders progressing in skill.
  • RFN Warrior (Ages 8-12 & Female Riders): A lightweight, intelligent model designed for intermediate riders and female motorcyclists.
  • RFN Warrior Pro (12+ Professional Level): A high-performance, race-ready electric dirt bike featuring:
    • Axial flux motor with 385Wh/kg energy density (40% higher than traditional radial motors).
    • 92% battery efficiency, ensuring top performance even in cold conditions.
    • 560N·m peak torque, delivering faster acceleration than comparable gas-powered models.

Global Expansion & Strategic Partnerships

Apollino is forging key partnerships to establish an integrated electric off-road ecosystem:

  • Collaboration with European RV brand Nomadism: Introducing the “4+2 Overland Adventure” concept, combining electric dirt bikes with RV travel.
  • Partnership with Blackjack Racing: Integrating electric dirt bikes into professional motorsports.
  • Expansion of Global Dealership Networks: Strengthening supply chains and after-sales services worldwide.

Shaping the Future of Off-Road Riding

Industry analysts project the electric off-road market to reach multi-billion-dollar status within five years. Apollino’s strategy focuses on three revenue streams:

  1. Hardware Sales: Expanding production and distribution.
  2. Racing & Brand Economy: Developing electric racing leagues, branded gear, and lifestyle clubs.
  3. Ecosystem Integration: Merging RV travel, smart mobility, and extreme sports into a sustainable growth model.

Apollino is changing the game with the RFN Warrior Series, showing that electric dirt bikes can be just as fun and powerful as gas ones. With cool tech, big expansion plans, and a fresh take on off-road riding, they’re making sure the future of dirt biking is electric—and pretty exciting.
