Founded in 2019, Tromox is a Chinese electric motorcycle brand. It emerged during the global shift from fuel to electric power. Tromox distinguishes itself with bold aesthetics, rebellious spirit, and modern innovation. Its retro-inspired design features round headlights, vintage panels, and sleek colour schemes. This combination appeals to young, trend-conscious riders. Tromox motorcycles are more than vehicles—they represent freedom and individuality.

To capture this spirit, Tromox partnered with Jody Xiong and The Nine Shanghai. Together, they produced two creative and visually stunning commercials. These short films explore the “Beast Inside” concept, blending Tromox’s philosophy with wild energy.

“Beast Inside”: Unleashing Raw Instincts

The name “Tromox” translates to “beast” in Chinese. This reflects the brand’s values of wild freedom and rebellion. Tromox embraces the idea of breaking free from conventional commuting. In Xiong’s films, young, stylish individuals reconnect with their primal instincts.

One film opens with a young man staring at a lake. He dives in, emerging with a fish between his teeth. This symbolizes the wild spirit inside all of us. Another film shows a woman crawling through the forest like a tiger. These powerful visuals embody Tromox’s fierce and untamed energy.

The films were shared widely on Chinese social media. Their bold narrative sparked discussion about Tromox and its daring approach to electric motorcycles.

Tromox: A Rebellious Brand for the Youth

Tromox’s rebellious spirit comes from its founder, Chen Guanping. He draws inspiration from The Three-Body Problem by Liu Cixin. “You lose a lot when you lose your human instincts,” Liu wrote. “But you lose everything when you lose your animal instincts.” Tromox embraces this idea. It stands for passion, independence, and rebellion. In a world of regulations and bans, Tromox pushes against limits.

Jody Xiong’s direction channels this rebellious energy perfectly. His films encourage viewers to live boldly and embrace their inner beast. Tromox motorcycles are the perfect vehicle for this message.

Redefining Electric Commuting

As electric vehicles grow in popularity, Tromox is leading a new wave of innovation. Its mix of modern technology and wild freedom sets it apart from the competition. Young riders see Tromox motorcycles as more than a way to commute. They’re a lifestyle, a statement of individuality.

Tromox’s ability to evoke raw emotions makes it a brand to watch. Its blend of retro charm, electric performance, and bold rebellion sets it apart. Tromox isn’t just selling motorcycles—it’s selling a way of life. This is the future of cool, electric commuting.
