The junior rider Qabil Irfan Azlan’s podium finishes at Estoril boost confidence for next round Catalunya

Junior rider Qabil Irfan Azlan ended Round 3 of the 2024 Spanish Superbike Championship (ESBK) on a high note by securing a podium finish. After clinching third place in Race 1, Qabil maintained his strong performance by finishing second in Race 2 at the Estoril Circuit in Portugal.
Representing Frando Racing VHC Team Liqui Moly in the Moto4 class, Qabil completed Race 2 with a time of 22 minutes, 03.075 seconds, just 0.056 seconds behind the Italian winner Leonardo Casadei.
Reflecting on his performance, Qabil said, “In the third round, I finished Race 1 in 3rd place. While for Race 2, I finished the race in 2nd place. Both races were quite intense. In Race 2, I was leading for a while with more than a 1-second gap, but the other riders caught up to me. Don’t forget to pray for my success in Round 4 in Catalunya, Spain.”
Qabil’s impressive results in Estoril set a promising tone for the upcoming races in the championship. He is set to compete next at Circuit Catalunya, Spain, for the fourth round of the race later this month.
