‘I’m happy with the work I’ve done. I’ve had four races, no crashes, no free practice sessions, nothing, and that was also important because it shows I’m working well, maybe not pushing it to my limit, but I was happy with the way I drove’, said the Brit at the end of the race, before explaining that this year we will hardly see him again on track in an official race on the calendar: – I don’t think they’ll see me running again this year. I feel good and I feel like I did a good job, Yamaha is happy with the way I played in four GPs after not riding for a long time, no mistakes or crashes, and I had a good race this Sunday, honestly, in times of it comes back compared to Fabio, and that’s important, because of the way I ride, the way Fabio rides. Crutchlow also left a word to Fabio Quartararo and his goals: ‘Last year I didn’t have an easy race here, and this year we are working and working towards a bigger goal, which is to make him world champion. And if he has a bad day and finishes eighth, and that’s what he did, that’s ok. I’m going to see him from home and I’ll help with whatever is needed, and in two weeks I’ll be here again to test out to get the 2022’ project off the ground.
