As a way of celebrating the “Spirit of 59” campaign, Triumph has launched a limited edition run of the classic Bonneville in its T100 and T120 versions.
And this will be a very limited run indeed, because Triumph will only build 59 examples of each Bonneville T100 and T120.
The bikes receive a special custom paint job, mimicking the T120 Bonneville 650 bike of 1959, the modern-day equivalent will show a classic blue and orange design that sees the color scheme follow the contours of the tank. The T100, on the other hand, gets an Opal White base with the blue and orange stripings seen unlike any other Triumph before.
In addition to the Spirit of 59 limited edition Bonneville, Triumph also celebrates the campaign by joining forces with contemporary artist D*Face, who created three examples of Triumphs in the Spirit of 59 theme.
The artistic one-off examples are “The Bobcat” based on the Bobber Black, “The Spirit of ‘59” based on a T120 and “The Raceface” made of the Thruxton R, and each bike was hand-painted by D*Face, while also using a few accessories that we can find on the Triumph catalog.
