CFMOTO Malaysia has just recently launched the CFMOTO 450SR for the local market at a price of RM29,300. However, the sportsbike will only enter the local market around March next year.
The motorcycle made its public appearance during the Malaysian MotoGP week last weekend in Putrajaya.
For the record, the bike is developed from the SR-C21 prototype model.
The CFMoto 450SR is a sportsbike equipped with a 449cc parallel-twin engine with a ‘270-degree crank’ capable of producing 50hp and 39Nm.
The power figures put the 450SR between the main competitors Kawasaki Ninja 400 (49hp) and KTM RC390 (44hp).
Apart from the powerful engine, the 450SR also comes with a sporty and aggressive design including the ‘winglet’ feature found on the previous SR-C21 prototype model.
CFMOTO also claims that this 450SR is capable of reaching a maximum speed of 200km/h.
It also comes with a TFT screen, full LED lights, ABS Bosch as well as a slipper clutch FSS. It has a charger socket and features Brembo brakes at the front.
According to CFMOTO Malaysia, this 450SR will come in two colour options, namely Black/Red and Black/Silver.
