More details of the Benda LFC700 muscle cruiser revealed. Benda to officially launch the LFC700 on the 1st of July 2021!

Benda’s upcoming muscle cruiser initially broke cover in July 2020 via a set of patent leaks. Following this, just within 2 months, the Chinese motorcycle manufacturer officially showcased the LF-01 Concept at the China International Motorcycle Trade Exhibition (CIMAMotor) in September 2020.

Just recently Benda Motorcycles announced that the production LFC700 muscle cruiser would be launched officially on the 1st of July 2021. With that announcement, more details of the Benda LFC700 cruiser have started to emerge. According to sources, the LFC700 is said to be identical to the LF-01 Concept, however, features such as throttle by wire and cruise control are not expected to make it into the production model.

Speaking of the bike in detail, built around a cast aluminium frame and swingarm, the Benda LFC700 would be powered by a liquid-cooled 680cc inline-four engine. Mated to a 6-speed gearbox with slipper clutch, the LFC700 is expected to push around 97hp @ 12,000 rpm. As for the peak torque, Benda hasn’t announced the torque figures just yet.

In the case of brakes, similar to the LF-01 concept, the LFC700 gets dual discs with radially-mounted callipers up front and a single disc at the rear. Suspension duties are taken care of by an inverted front fork and a mono-shock at the rear (Both fully adjustable). As for rider aids and electronics, the LFC700 is said to roll in with features such as hill hold assist, 2-Channel ABS, full LED lighting and TFT instrument cluster.

These are the details we know for now. For more details on the bike, we just have to wait for the official launch which is set to take place on the 1st of July 2021.
