At EICMA 2025, the beating heart of the global two-wheel industry, Lambretta once again captures the spotlight, reaffirming its legacy as the symbol of Italian style and mechanical artistry. Inside Hall 11, Booth I48, the legendary brand proudly unveils two landmark models that connect the past with the future: the Elettra S, Lambretta’s first fully realized electric scooter, and the new Lambretta J, a production-ready revival of the beloved 1964 original.

Elettra S — The Electric Rebirth of an Icon
The Elettra S marks Lambretta’s bold leap into the future, a perfect fusion of elegance, innovation, and sustainability. Born from the acclaimed concept shown at EICMA 2023, this final “S” version represents the brand’s commitment to zero-emission performance without sacrificing its signature Italian flair.
Beneath its sleek steel body lies a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) producing 4.0 kW continuous and 6.0 kW peak power, delivering 101 Nm of torque and accelerating from 0–40 km/h in just 10 seconds. With a top speed of 90 km/h and a range of up to 120 km (in Eco mode), the Elettra S stands as one of the most desirable electric scooters in its class.
Charging is convenient and efficient, a full charge in 5 hours 40 minutes from a standard outlet, or 80% in just 3 hours 24 minutes via fast charging. The NMC 72V / 4.5 kWh battery, combined with a lightweight 132 kg frame, wide TFT display, and full LED lighting, makes the Elettra S a true showcase of Italian design meeting modern technology.
Lambretta’s engineering DNA shines through with its double-shock “pull wheel” front fork and a rear mono-shoc, the first on a modern Lambretta, ensuring a refined and balanced ride.
“Elettra S is more than an electric scooter, it’s a declaration of beauty, power, and conscience,” said Walter Scheffrahn, President of Lambretta. Market launch is expected in the second half of 2026, with an indicative price of €6,500 (RM31,348).

Lambretta J — The Junior Returns
Bringing back one of its most cherished models, the Lambretta J captures the youthful spirit and elegance that defined the brand’s golden years. Now ready for production after its prototype debut last year, the J is a modern reinterpretation of the 1964 original, every curve paying homage to its timeless design.
With its elongated side panels, hexagonal headlight, and slim seat, the J blends nostalgia with modern performance. Beneath its classic silhouette lies a metal body with dual front shocks on pull-wheel linkage, hallmarks of authentic Lambretta handling.
Offered in 125cc and 200cc liquid-cooled, four-stroke, four-valve engines, the J delivers both reliability and fun, positioning itself as an entry point into the Lambretta universe. The market launch is set for Spring 2026, with an indicative starting price of €4,500 (RM21,703)

Celebrating Heritage and Innovation
Lambretta’s full EICMA 2025 lineup showcases its mastery of blending history with progress, from the premium G-Special Series (G350) to the futuristic X Series (X300 & X125) and the beloved V-Special Series (50, 125, 200). Two custom Racing editions by Rimini Lambretta further highlight the brand’s passion for performance and craftsmanship.
Guided by President Walter Scheffrahn’s vision, Lambretta is entering a new era; timeless, fearless, and global. From Milan to Bangkok, London to Jakarta, the brand continues to expand its global presence while staying true to its Italian roots.
