As part of its monthly commitment to community outreach, iMotorbike carried out its ninth Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative with a visit to My Pets Haven, an independent animal rescue and shelter dedicated to giving stray animals a second chance at life.
The team was welcomed by Miss Aileen Lee Sor Geok, more fondly known as Aunty Aileen, the passionate founder of My Pets Haven. With a clear mission to rescue, rehome, treat, and sterilize animals in need, Aunty Aileen and her team have been a lifeline for thousands of strays over the years.
Since its establishment, My Pets Haven has rescued, vaccinated, sterilized, and successfully rehomed more than a thousand animals. Their vision is to expand the shelter’s capacity, allowing them to save even more lives while addressing the pressing issue of stray overpopulation in the community.
Despite limited resources and space, the organization continues to persevere, relying on compassion, resilience, and community support to sustain its work. Beyond rehoming, their efforts also focus on educating the public, reducing negligence towards strays, and promoting responsible pet ownership.
Through this initiative, iMotorbike provided its support to strengthen the shelter’s operations, reinforcing its belief that compassion extends beyond people and into the lives of animals who depend on human kindness.
This marks the ninth CSR milestone for iMotorbike, following previous initiatives with children’s homes, elderly care centres, homeless shelters, and other animal welfare organisations. With each chapter, the team’s commitment to making a meaningful impact across different communities grows stronger.
