Triumph Motorcycles has introduced the exclusive Bonneville Bobber TFC (Triumph Factory Custom), a limited-edition model restricted to just 750 individually numbered motorcycles worldwide. This hand-crafted machine combines high-end components, innovative engineering, and bespoke design.

Design and Aesthetics of the 2025 Triumph Bonneville Bobber TFC

The Bonneville Bobber TFC stands out with its gloss carbon-fibre bodywork and two-tone paint scheme adorned with hand-painted marble gold accents. The artist has even hand-signed each fuel tank, adding a personal touch. The floating single seat, embossed with leather, and minimalist bullet-style rear lights enhance the bike’s classic Bobber aesthetic.

Engine and Performance

At the heart of the bike is a liquid-cooled parallel twin engine with 8 valves. It includes a single overhead camshaft (SOHC) and a 270° firing order. The engine has a displacement of 1200cc, with a bore and stroke of 97.6mm x 80mm. Its compression ratio is 10:1, ensuring efficient performance and durability. Maximum power is 77 bhp at 6,000 rpm, with peak torque at 78.18 ft-lb at 3,750 rpm. A brushed stainless steel 2-into-2 exhaust system pairs with twin Akrapovic silencers. These silencers feature carbon tips for a sleek and premium finish. The bike includes a six-speed gearbox and a wet, multi-plate slip and assist clutch. Power is delivered smoothly to the wheels through an X-ring chain final drive.

Electronic fuel injection and electronic throttle control enhance rider adaptability, offering three riding modes: Road, Rain, and a new Sport mode.

Suspension and Braking

The Bonneville Bobber TFC features premium Ohlins suspension components. The front features 43mm NIX 30 upside-down forks, adjustable for preload, compression, and rebound damping, offering 3.54 inches of travel. At the rear, a hidden Ohlins monoshock with linkage provides 3.03 inches of travel and is also adjustable for preload and rebound damping.

Braking duties are handled by twin 310mm fixed discs with Brembo M50 4-piston radial callipers up front, complemented by a Brembo MCS master cylinder. At the rear, a 255mm fixed disc with a Nissin axial calliper provides effective stopping power. Both systems come with ABS for enhanced safety.

Wheels and Tires

The bike rides on classic 32-spoke wheels, with a 19-inch wheel at the front and a 16-inch wheel at the rear. These are paired with 100/90-19 front and 150/80-16 rear tyres, maintaining the Bobber’s iconic style.

Features and Technology

The instrument cluster is an analogue speedometer with an integrated multi-function LCD, complete with TFC branding. The bike’s sleek design is further emphasized by its clean, minimalist layout, enhanced by bullet-style rear lights and gold-accented details like the chain and fork adjusters.

Exclusive Appeal

Paul Stroud, Chief Commercial Officer of Triumph Motorcycles, highlighted the bike’s craftsmanship and appeal to custom enthusiasts. Each component, from the gold-finished chain to the bespoke paintwork, reflects Triumph’s dedication to precision and innovation. With only 750 units produced, the Bonneville Bobber TFC is a rare, hand-crafted masterpiece that embodies Triumph’s heritage and forward-thinking design philosophy.

Specifications

The 2025 Bonneville Bobber TFC has a seat height of 27.17 to 27.56 inches and a wheelbase of 59.45 inches. Its rake and trail measure 25.7° and 3.66 inches, respectively. The wet weight is 522.5 pounds, and the fuel tank has a capacity of 2.38 gallons, ensuring a balance between performance and practicality.

Availability and Pricing of the 2025 Triumph Bonneville Bobber TFC

The 2025 Triumph Bonneville Bobber TFC will arrive in dealerships in March 2025, with a starting price of $18,495 (approx. RM82,073.55).

This exceptional motorcycle, crafted with precision and luxury, is a celebration of Triumph’s commitment to excellence and innovation, making it a must-have for enthusiasts and collectors alike.
