The Bandit9 EVE Odyssey V2 looks like a prop from a futuristic movie. With a top speed of 68 mph and a fuel efficiency of 156 mpg, this motorcycle is all about sleek, minimalistic design. It’s lightweight, compact, and handcrafted for those who appreciate art in motion.

A Unique Vision from Bandit9

Since 2009, Bandit9 Motors, led by Daryl Villanueva, has become known for pushing motorcycle design to its limits. Their work isn’t just about performance—it’s about turning bikes into pieces of art. The first EVE Odyssey was already a stunning, space-age bike. It’s housed in the Petersen Automotive Museum and Barber Motorsports Museum.

The new EVE Odyssey V2 keeps that DNA but pushes the boundaries further. It’s made from 7075 aluminium, a space-grade material known for its strength and lightweight properties. At just 265 pounds, this bike might be light for a motorcycle, but it feels dense and built like a machine from the future.

Aggressive Design and Ergonomics

Don’t expect comfort from the EVE Odyssey V2. The motorcycle has perfect visuals, not for long, relaxing rides. The seating is minimal, and the handlebars are positioned for an aggressive riding stance. The dimensions—86.6 inches long, 31.5 inches wide, and 29.5 inches high—give it a narrow, compact feel.

This bike is made for the rider who values style over comfort. With little support for your back or wrists, you’ll feel every mile.

Powered by a Reliable Honda Engine

At the heart of the EVE Odyssey V2 is a 125cc Honda engine. It features a four-speed transmission, delivering a smooth but modest performance. While it’s not the fastest engine, the fuel economy is impressive—156 miles per gallon. So, it’s efficient, but don’t expect high-speed highway cruising.

Suspended in Style

The bike’s unique suspension system adds to its futuristic look. A rear monoshock and a rigid front fork system create a smooth yet stiff ride. The front wheel appears to float thanks to the internal track system. It doesn’t have the typical telescoping fork, giving it a distinctive appearance.

Custom-Made in Every Detail

Attention to detail is clear in the V2. The contemporary Marchesini 10-spoke wheels, flush-mounted LED indicators, and custom-machined switchgear all stand out. The cockpit is as minimalist as possible, with a digital Motogadget Motoscope Mini display on a custom bracket. Handmade handlebars and levers complete the retro-futuristic feel.

A single-sided swingarm exposes the rear wheel, and even the brake fluid reservoir is custom-made.

Electric Version on the Horizon

Bandit9 is already thinking about the future and plans to release an electric version of the EVE Odyssey. The electric model might offer better torque and power, pushing the envelope even further.

A Bike to Admire

The Bandit9 EVE Odyssey V2 is a collector’s piece and not one for comfort or high-speed performance. Each bike takes three months to build, handcrafted with precision and care. Most will likely display the bike as part of private collections, admired more as art than functional transportation.
