Important moves are being made in the last few hours on the MotoGP paddock, with many riders being confirmed on their new teams. The latest one is Danilo Petrucci, with the 27-year old rider making the switch from Pramac Ducati to the Ducati Factory team.
After racing for the last four years on the satellite Pramac team, although racing with a factory spec Desmosedici in the last two seasons, Petrucci has shown great talent and every now and then he’s been able to reach the top spots in MotoGP.
Fast, fearless and with a lot of experience on the Ducati prototype, Danilo Petrucci will join current Ducati rider Andrea Dovizioso on the official Ducati team for the 2019 season.
It’s expected that Jack Miller continues to race with Pramac Ducati for another year, getting the factory spec Desmosedici currently used by Danilo Petrucci, but the satellite Ducati team has yet to say who’s the rider that will join Miller next season.
