Owners of Harley-Davidson (H-D) motorcycles in Malaysia, rejoice! The iconic American brand is about to open the doors to its brand new service centre located at The Gasket Alley in Seksyen 13, Petaling Jaya. We say about to because the service centre will only begin accepting motorcycles from the end of this week.
The opening of the showroom, however, still lies ahead in the near future. We reckon it should be operational by the end of the first quarter of 2018. Also, the word on the street is that owners of parallel import models are also welcomed to bring their H-D motorcycles to the official service centre. Furthermore, the technicians employed at said centre are all trained at the Harley-Davidson facility in Bangkok, Thailand.
For those who are unfamiliar with The Gasket Alley, the industrial-themed space houses a variety of brands that cater to the culture of motorcycling and is home to names such as Zero Engineering, Stronghold Cycles and Moto Guzzi amongst many others.
The famed Italian motorcycle manufacturer recently made a comeback to the Malaysian motorcycling scene and is now based at The Gasket Alley. The 3S (sales, service and spare parts) centre opened its doors in August 2017.
